Do I need to share my full story?
No. You only share what feels safe. Many times, the body communicates more than words ever could. Your sessions are guided by your comfort, not by what you "should" disclose.
Is it like therapy?
Not exactly. Therapy often focuses on processing past experiences. My approach combines somatic coaching, parts therapy, and somatic hypnotherapy to support your nervous system, helping you feel safer, more resilient, and empowered in the present.
How long is each session?
Each session is 60 minutes, online via Zoom. We focus on what matters most to you in that time. My additional one-off hypnotherapy sessions are 90 minutes. You will receive a recording of your session for daily use.
Can I book a single session or a package?
Both options are available:
- Single sessions: £100
- Packages: 6 sessions for £550 (save £50) or 8 sessions for £725 (save £75)
Who is this work suitable for?
My approach supports anyone navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Every journey is unique, and I meet you where you are.
What happens in a session?
Sessions may include:
- Breathwork and grounding
- Guided body awareness and movement
- Parts exploration and integration
- Gentle hypnotherapy techniques
All activities are optional and guided by your comfort.
How do I prepare for a session?
No preparation is necessary. Find a quiet, safe space, wear comfortable clothing, and bring an open mind. We'll guide the rest together.

Yes, All sessions are private, secure, and confidential. Your trust and safety are my priority.
