My journey into trauma-informed work began not just through professional training, but also through lived experience. I've navigated through complex trauma myself and seen how it effects the nervous system, relationships, and even how we experience daily life.

My Approach

This has shaped my approach: compassionate, safe, and centred on your pace and needs. I combine evidence-based methods with empathy and a lived understanding that theory alone can't teach

My Mission

My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to heal from trauma and reclaim their lives. Recovery is not about fixing what is broken - it's about reconnecting with your wholeness and your inner strength.

I support individuals who are on a journey of coming home to themselves. Individuals who are untangling old patterns, healing from relational and childhood trauma, and learning to trust their bodies as a source of wisdom again.

My Methods Explained

Here's a clear and simple overview of the approaches I use in my work. Each modality supports your healing in a different way - whether that's regulating the nervous system, understanding your inner parts, shifting old patterns, or reconnecting with your body's natural wisdom. Together, they create a holistic, gentle, and effective path toward lasting change.

The Internal Family System (IFS) - Parts Work

We all have different "parts" of ourselves - protective parts and wounded parts. Parts work allows us to listen to and integrate these parts, instead of pushing them away, so you feel more whole and balanced. 

Somatic Hypnotherapy

Somatic Hypnotherapy works deep within the body's wisdom and unconscious patterns stored in the nervous system. 

Polyvagal Therapy

Polyvagal therapy helps you understand and calm your nervous system. It teaches your body to move from stress mode into a state of safety and connection through simple, gentle techniques like breathwork and grounding. It's about helping you feel regulated, steady and more in control.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, body-led practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection. 

Using intentional breathing techniques, we gently access what the body may be holding, stress, trauma, suppressed emotion. Allowing space for integration, clarity, and healing. 

Your breath becomes the bridge back to calm, back to truth, back to you. 

Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology is the study of what helps people thrive. Rather than focusing only on problems or what's "wrong," it centres on strength, resilience, joy, meaning, and the ability to create a fulfilling life. It explores how we can nurture our inner resources, build supportive habits, and experiece greater wellbeing. In practice, Positive Psychology helps individuals reconnect with their potential and live in alignment with their values, confidence, and self-worth.

Hypno Spotting

This is a gentle body based way of bringing awareness to unconscious responses, so they can shift naturally without force. It's less about "fixing" and more about helping the body complete what it once couldn't. 

Narcissistic Abuse 
Specialist

As a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, I support individuals in understanding, healing, and recovering from the emotional and psychological impact of narcissistic relationships. I help clients rebuild self-trust, regualte their nervous system, and reconnect with their sense of worth, safety, and identity.
